  • Ace (1987) - Portrayed by Steven Palko. Prison inmate.
  • Andy Matthews (1987) - Portrayed by Ron Mychal Hays. A professional football player, who was treated at GH for terminal cancer. Dr. Simone Ravelle agreed to marry him to give him reason to live, which caused a rift between her and her former lover, Dr. Tom Hardy. Andy died before he and Simone married and she reconciled with Tom.
  • Brett Madison (1985-87) - Portrayed by James Horan. An attorney, who became the district attorney of Port Charles. He defended Ginny Blake in her trial for the murder of D.L. Brock. As D.A., he tried Dr. Kevin O'Connor for the murder of Jennifer Talbot.
  • Celeste (1987) - Portrayed by Jane Rogers. A nurse at GH.

  • Debbie (1986) - Portrayed by Penny Johnson. A nurse at GH. Debbie befriended and fell in love with the married Bryan Phillips, which caused trouble in his marriage. She also had a son named Willie.
  • Dora (1981) - Portrayed by Carolyn Hennesy.
  • Earl Moody (1986) - Portrayed by Bruce Hayes. Uncle of Neil Johnson. Terry Brock witnessed Kevin O'Connor strangle Earl to death.
  • Edith Fairchild (1989) - Portrayed by Joan Benedict. Accountant for Katherine’s "Delafield Foundation".

  • Elena Cosgrove Parsons (7/6/1987-9/23/1987) - Portrayed by Rebecca Holden. DVX agent who co-wrote Dusty Walker's song and hypnotized him to blow up a train but they are both arrested. Elena later tries to escape the country and is killed.
  • Enrique Ramos (7/1987) - Portrayed by Henry Darrow. Colonel for DVX.
  • Eric Ingstrom (1987) - Portrayed by John Ericson. Husband of Greta Ingstrom. Thought to be dead after a plane crash but was held hostage on the Biscayne Islands. Rescued by Robert, Anna, and Sean, as Monica, Duke, and Camellia came along.
  • Gregory Howard, Jr. (1987-89) - Portrayed by John Preston. Son of Gregory Howard, Sr.
  • Gregory Howard, Sr. (1988) - Portrayed by Alan Feinstein. Father of Gregory Howard, Jr.
  • Greta Baker Ingstrom (1987) - Portrayed by Kristina Wayborn. Wife of Eric Ingstrom. A geneticist, who worked on an antidote to a germ warfare virus created by the DVX. Sean Donely was attracted to Greta, much to the ire of Tiffany Hill. Greta fell for Sean when she thought her husband was dead but she later reunited with him. Almost killed several times by her co-worker Malcolm. Friends with her assistant Connie and Monica. When Bobbie Spencer became infected with the DVX virus, Greta used her untested antidote to save Bobbie's life, however, it left Bobbie paralyzed.
  • Irma Foster (1987-1989) - Portrayed by Dwan Smith. Doctor at GH.
  • James Duval (7/18/1981) - Scientist who developed the formula for carbonic snow (used in the Ice Princess scheme). Killed by Alex Quartermaine who framed Laura Webber.
  • Jim Harper (4/1982-2003) - Desk Sergeant at the PCPD.
  • Kathy Summers (1980-81) - Portrayed by Lisa Lindgren.
  • Kyle Davies (12/9/1983) - Portrayed by Lane Davies. Interacted with Celia Quartermaine.
  • Lars "Swede" Hansen (1989-1990) - Portrayed by Allen Fawcett. Spy who was killed.
  • Leo Russell (1984-1985) - Portrayed by John Callahan. A masseuse at Avalon Spa and was involved with Lorena Sharpe. He blackmailed Amanda Barrington and Sylvia Whitby after getting them photographed in compromising positions with him.
  • Mark Broxton (1989-1991) - Portrayed by John Rixey Moore (1989) and Norman Snow (1990-1991). Broxton was the lawyer for mob boss Victor Jerome. In 1990, he helped Scott Baldwin find an heir to the Jerome fortune and Edge Jackson stepped up and claimed to be Evan Jerome, Jr.
  • Mark Carlin (1987) Portrayed by Gary McGurk. Journalist at The Port Charles Press.
  • Mouse (1989) - Portrayed by Melissa Hayden. Mouse was a homeless girl who helped Frisco Jones when he returned to Port Charles after he was held captive and presumed dead.
  • Neil Johnson (1985) - Portrayed by David Stenstrom. Nephew of Neil Moody. Cousin of Kevin and Patrick O'Connor. Stabbed to death by Kevin. Terry is found standing next to his body while sleepwalking and holding a knife.
  • Pauline Ravelle (7/1987-88) - Portrayed by Norma Donaldson. Doctor and Simone Ravelle's mother who tampered with a paternity test that Simone did. The results showed that Harrison Davis was Tommy's father. During a custody battle, the tampering was revealed and Tom Hardy was proven to be Tommy's father.
  • Phoebe Dawson (1989) - Portrayed by Lycia Naff. Friend of Decker Moss. When Felicia Jones got amnesia, she assumed Phoebe's identity.
  • Raymond Gibbons (1987) - Portrayed by Spencer Milligan. Editor-in-Chief at The Port Charles Press.
  • Sam (1/1984) - Portrayed by Josh Mowery.
  • Shirley Pickett (1983) - Portrayed by Roberta Leighton. Waitress at Kelly's who briefly dated Jimmy Lee Holt.
  • Susie Matthews (1987) - Portrayed by Ebonie Smith. Daughter of Andy Matthews, a football player who died of terminal cancer. Susie was friends with Robin Scorpio.
  • Tangeneva (1989) - Portrayed by Thalmus Rasulala. Robert Scorpio's aboriginal friend from Australia who warned Robert of his impending demise, which he saw in his visions.
  • Walt Benson (1987-89) - Portrayed by Corey Young. A doctor at GH.
  • Yasmine Bernoudi (1/17/1989-5/19/1989) - Portrayed by Lydie Denier. Doctor who was involved in the quest for the Dragon Bone with Lord Larry Ashton and left town on a plane.
  • Yuri Gransky/Jovanovich (1983-1986) - Portrayed by Adam Gregor. Agent who was the head of the DVX.
